OUT OF STOCK FOR 4 MONTHS

In December i upgraded my phone and part of the deal was a pair of Skullcandy earphones, at the time they had no stock but i was promised they would have stock in the next week. Despite numerous visits to The Vodacom shop in Cresta i kept getting the same answer, and co one ever came back to me. Three weeks ago i went to Vodacom again and spoke to the Manager who promised to come back to me and i am still waiting. Very bad service and lack of communication with customers.
