Out of stock and he referd me too Mtn

I went to Vodacom Thursday 29 july. And asked for a new battery for my Samsung galaxy grand neo.. And he immediately dismissed and referd me too Mtn as they had no stock. Mtn not being my service provider did not have it ever but did the effort to get me a price and time of delivery in minutes. I expected more from vodacom
