Out of stock and bad service

On the 1st of June I went to Vodacom in Alberton City to do my upgrade. it was said that the phone I wanted is currently out of stock Huawei Mate 7 but will arrive on Tuesday. I phoned the following day but the stock has still not arrived and it was promised that the stock will arrive on Wednesday definitely at 2 pm. So I Phoned the store again just to double check but then we went from the stock will arrive at 2 pm too now it is on back order. <br> I have complained to the manager the head office but the only person who has responded to my complaints is the Huawei rep who assured me that the stock will be at the Vodacom warehouse and they will be dispatching soon. Today I have taken it upon myself again to phone the store as nobody in the Vodacom store knows how to keep a customer updated to find out if they know when they will be receiving the stock. Forgiveness the manager then said to me they are still running on back order and nothing has arrived at their warehouse maybe I should choose another phone as they do not know when they will be receiving the stock.
