Out of stock

I've taken out a new contract with Vodacom on the S7 with free gear on sunday. Before signing i asked if there was a deal with a watch instead of gear and was told no, so i had to take the gear. After I signed for the contract the store said they out of stock. I was told by Wednesday they will receive stock. I've gone to the store today ( Friday) and the store says they not sure when they receiving stock. Why does vodacom advertise if they have no stock? If they advertise the goods with no stock, does CPA not apply? They sure did debit they money of my account the day after I signed, but I didn't receive my full purchase? The store staff can not be blamed. It's Vodacom that's not satisfy they customers.
