Out of Stock

I would just like to know how vodacom can advertise a product when they don't have stock yet. I had a contract approved at one of the stores last week already and was told that there isn't any stock.

I called today to follow up and was told that even the warehouse doesn't have stock and i find this to be completely unacceptable.

Do not create expectations for your customers if you can not deliver!
