Out of no where price increase

Out of no where my contract increased. I got no notification of the increase and I feel the increase is not justified.

the old amount before vat is R245.22 and the new amount before vat is R286.09

that is an increase of R40.87. Over 16 percent, last year inflation was only 5.27 percent.

Yes, they have increased the data from 500mb to 650mb but I did not ask for that. If I wanted more data I would of chose a contract with more data.

When I started the contract then it was a "good deal" but now it is not a good deal anymore. I will not be renewing my contract nor will I be taking any new contracts. You think you getting value for money but then a few months later they increase the price to what they feel like and without any form of communication with the customer.
