Out of Hand Billing again!!!

Besides my bill due now that on my app states R3000+, I was sent this invoice yesterday!! Since when do invoices go out late and how does my phone alone get to R2100??!! I am asking you to assist urgently as this is getting out of hand, and ridiculous!! My Bill only goes to R705.00. Just because I sorted out my account and Vodacom got R14000 from me does not mean you can rip me off further!! Also when trying to contact the subscriber collection department I am subjected to rudeness and phone is put down. Not going through another month like this!! Urgent response required. Joan Joubert
