Out of Data charges

Why is it that I always have to go to Hello Peter to get someone to contact me re a complaint. So now am trying Vodacom
It transpires that I have not used 5.9gigs as recorded on my Broadband Page under the MWeb home page but 9 gigs. Apparently the Broadband usage figure is not in realtime but there is a delay between Vodacom and MWeb.
Despite the fact that you are encouraged to use this feature it is a waste of time. Apparently it is in the contract you sign but never pointed out to you. Surely avoid all misunderstandings and to be transparent it is simple to put a warning onto the Broadband usage feature making you aware that you are not looking at a realtime situation.
On friday afternoon when I left work according to MWeb I had used 48% of my data and based on this I downloaded a movie for the kids on Saturday of 3.2gigs only to find out on wednesday that I have actually now used 9 gigs. The delay between Vodacom and MWeb must be very long.
This is my domain at home and is only used after 5 weekdays and weekends.
I have been informed by Mr Malebusha of ICASA that I am entitled to the following information which I want before I pay.
Date, time and megabytes used per transaction
