OUT OF BUNDLE CHARGES NOT TREATING CUTOMERS FAIRLY

I've changed my contract to a RED ADVANTAGE package. I have just been informed that the normal cost of a RED ADVANTAGE package is R999 per month, yet for some reason I never pay less than R2.4k per month.
