Out of bundle

So I get an SMS to say my data bundle is finished. I immediately go buy another 500mb at around 17:00pm. <br> <br> On the cell app , you see the money added to my bill . At around 21:48 that evening I only then get my confirmation SMS of the data loaded. <br> <br> Meanwhile the 3 hours between loading and actually having the data allocated , you were more than happy to charge me what seems out of bundle rates.<br>
