Out of box warranty

My Phone had problems already within the & days of the out of box warranty. Their policy is that repairs will take not more than days . I am already on the 14th day without a phone, no communication on the status of my phone unless I contact them myself. I tried calling the call centre to cancel the contract without any penalties since I am not in possession of the phone but they cant help whatsoever.
