Out of box failure Vodacom will not replace device

Did my upgrade via Vodacom Direct (online), package bundle included Galaxy S6 and Gear 1. The Gear 1 was an Out of Box Failure. Reported it almost immediately. Vodacom tell to tell me: it was a one off promotion so they dont have stock of the \Gear 1"and they have to cancel the entire order. Thing is"
