Out of Box Failure takes more than a week to sort
I picked up my shiny new iPhone 6 on Wednesday 15 April. The vibrate function on the phone never worked.

Notified them on Friday 17 April and was asked to bring the phone in on Monday 20 April. Which I did, first thing in the morning.

Now we are at Friday 24 April and no body has even looked at the phone to make a call with regards to it being defective or not.

In the mean time, I sold my previous phone so I'm in a bit of a predicament.

I cannot believe how it can take from a Monday to a Friday for someone to just check the phone to confirm that it isn't working.

The branch (4U store Loch Logan Waterfront) have been brilliant, but their hands are tied. They even have a replacement phone on standby, but they can't do anything until they get confirmation that the previous phone is defective.

Very poor service, Vodacom. You punt the \bring it back within 7 days and we'll replace it"line"
