Oupa Mnisi - Awesome service, value for money - Highly recommended

I give five stars to Oupa Mnisi at Vodacom for keeping such a calm voice over the phone and actually made me felt like a wanted customer and not making me feel like Vodacom is just another big company who doesn't care about the small consumer out there. Thank you Oupa for giving me value for money and offering to come back before my contract ends to do a proper upgrade to what will suit my needs and pocket. The least I can say of Nthabiseng whom I first spoke to who promised to call me back straight away and two hours later I had to call back, but I thank her because that means I wouldn't have being helped by a proper consultant.
