OUPA MNISI an absolute Legend !!
I’ve had the pleasure of upgrading each of my lines over the years with Oupa Mnisi. This individual is an absolute gem! I ask for him specifically and even if it takes 2 months to reach him it’s ok. He is the most polite, helpful, understanding Agent I have ever dealt with. He goes far beyond what he is required to do. If Vodacom would use him to train the rest of their staff, they would have a department second to none.
