OTB failure
Happy days, got my 1st iPhone Saturday 01.08.2015.<br> Sad days Sunday with a iPhone freezing. Took it back to Vodacom and showed Michelle the sporadically freezing/ stalling of my iPhone and was confirmed that it is the first ever otb failure that they received from supplier. Now it is Friday afternoon and I still have no phone! There is nothing avaliable. I chose the iPhone 6 plus for my big fingers and worsening eyesight. <br> I need a new phone asap, even a Samsung if not an iPhone. Now waiting and can't seem to get a favourable response from Vodacom. Bennie<br>
