Original complaint only partially solved

Below is an email I received from Suzan Monaise at Vodacom after our telephone conversation. Two contracts were cancelled and the debit orders did go through as she mentioned. My question now is, how is Vodacom going to refund me for the two debit orders that went through, or must I just take the loss. I tried to phone and speak to someone about this but with no joy. Please contact me to discuss a refund.

Dear Fanie,

As per our telephonic conversation.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused in this regard.

This email serves as confirmation that contracts on cellular numbers .....1901 and .....8217 will be cancelled on 31 March 2020 and the numbers will be converted to Prepaid.

The contract with cellular number .....0014, will be cancelled 30 April 2020 as the contract only ends in April 2020.

As discussed the debit orders for the two numbers will go off on your debit order date as we have already invoiced the numbers.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused in this regard.

Dear Vodacom
I have complained several times and there has been no improvement. In fact, things are just getting worse. So, what you are saying in you latest repsonse is not true. Also, the debit orders went through on my bank account but my wife and I did not receive our airtime like we should have, even though your records indicate that we have. So there is another area that you can improve on. Improve your record keeping, don't lie to the customers and do not ***** from them. Without them you do not have an income. At last I am on pay as you go. Take note of this, I will never ever in my life take out a contract with Vodacom again. It is totally problematic doing business with you. If it was not for Hello Peter I would still be trying to terminate two contracts that actually ended the end of February. If there is one entity that is worth dealing with, it is Hello Peter.

I am referring to Suzan Moaise's email to me again. (See below) This problem has not been resolved and I wish for Suzan or any person willing to get this resolved to contact me. I will not stop until I get the credit owing to me or get my cell phones credited with the airtime I paid for. So let us get this behind us please.
