ORE THAN THE EXTRA MILE

<p>JULIAN MAJOR, you're a real STAR! once again, Julian Major was there when I need support from VODACOM. i have an ongoing problem with my router for the past 6 months which cost me a lot of money! about a month ago, JULIAN and CANDICE MAJOR was the first 2 persons who ever tried to help solving my problems. Candice even send me a new router. my problem was solved for a month but this morning I experience the same problem. i immediately send JULIAN an e-mail and he respond very quick and then he once again start helping me. he called me about every half an hour to see if the problem is solved and then we try something else. BIG was my SURPRISE, when at the end of our last conversation, I learned that JULIAN is at home with Family Responsibility Leave!!! I mean really!! this guy is'nt even at work and he spend more than half of his day to sort out my problems!! THANK YOU JULIAN, there is not enough words to express how grateful I am! VODACOM, you have a real STAR and ANGEL working for you! take very goos care of JULIAN and CANDICE, you will not get people of the same caliber as this 2. especially today I am so grateful for JULIAN. and once again my problem is solved! JULIAN, you're ONE OF A KIND! Vodacom please express my warm thanks to JULIAN. this is a well done for Vodacom employing people like JULIAN MAJOR! keep up the good word.</p>
