Ordered a new phone received old phone!!!!Pathetic

I ordered a new cellphone on my business contract and recieved a second hand phone with scratches on the screen and back.On my request it said new R7100 and when the old phone came it was R3999 but I never requested for a sec hand phone.Really Vodacom ,rather just say you dnt have the Phone.Pathetic.Worst part I have a right to cancel the order as it is not what I requested yet Vodacom waiting for 7 days to pass!!!So I get stuck with a sec hand phone !!!
