Order without permission

I received a sms from vodacom stating that a Vetting application for a new line has been registered against my ***. Nobody spoke to me with an offer etc. After Further investigation I found somebody has spoken to my wife but she immediately told them that she is not the owner of the contract and she definitaly does not want any products. I immediately contact vodacom who cancelled the aplication. I want vodacom to investigate this dealer as I wonder how many old people etc receive products that they never agreed to. The number on the sms I received is ***. Please take action. I can also state that this agents phoning you with new offers are most irretating as they invade privacy and are a handfull on the telephone. Thanks Gerhard Heymans.
