Order still awaiting dispatch!

I have placed an order online at the start of February. I received an SMS that the order will be dispatched soon. After 2 weeks went by, I haven't received any information on my order yet. So I phoned the customer care line and spoke to a lady. She told me that the system is still showing awaiting dispatch and she will contact the internal department to get more information on the order. So I waited. It has now been a week and I have still no information regarding that order. I have tried phoning the customer care line again. But they are currently experiencing high call volumes. So Vodacom tell me, what do I do?
