Order returned to vodacom (Sc*mmed)

I ordered a contract deal online which was suppose to be delivered late week Wednesday but still waiting for it,,, today I called skynet they advised that my order was returned to vodacom,,, what stupid nonsense is this vodacom Is a **** they use people details and lie that the phone was returned to them while they never deliver if any money is deducted from my account I'm taking yourl to court,,, bullsh*t
