Order placed, payment succesful, order cancelled by Vodastore, NO REFUND after 2 and half weeks!

I purchased on my Vodastore app on the 2 December 2025 a Men's Swagg Shirt, order number ***. Payment went of my card on the 4 December 2025 for this purchase. As I didn't receive SMS, I logged back into my Vodastore app on the 9 December 2025, just to see that status shows cancelled. Today is the 3 January 2026. How long does it then take to refund an order that was cancelled by Vodatstore themselves?
