Vodacom never ceases to amaze me with their ********** systems. <br> <br> Not only is there a constant problem on the website... <br> <br> Just order a new upgrade online - because online is suppose to be more efficient ... but wait ... <br> They changed their process ... <br> and an agent will call back in 24h ... <br> please o please tell me what is the point of an online upgrade if I still need to deal with an agent. <br> <br> The whole point of the online upgrade is that I may select my own package and phone, and have it delivered.
