Order number *** for the upgrade vanished from Vodacoms system
Thursday 7 April 2022 i did an upgrade on line, the phone was available and in stock at the time to be provided for the upgrade!. 2 days later i received an sms saying that they dont have the phone in stock and no mention of time frame for a phone or the time frame of delivery to me for a phone. My order number provided to me by email by vodacom *** for the upgrade and the phone now no longer exists and cant be found on the vodacom system
