Order Hijacked

"Vodacom regrets to inform you that your Vodacom order wass ****** following a hijacking and your personal information - name, surname and physical address have been accessed. Vodacom is investigating the matter as a priority and will keep you informed as necessary. Please take the necessary security precautions and we apologize for the inconvenience." That is the message I received from Tobi when checking the status of my order. When I call vodacom Im told my order is on its way, when I asked them that my order has been delayed and I whatsapped Tobi and got a message that my order was hijacked, they say its not on their system. Now my concern is my personal information has been leaked due to this hijacking and yet they ddnt have the decency to call me and alert me. Now again I upgrated online and aftet about 5 days of not receiving my order I decided to call them only to be told they sont have my phone instock and dt my phone is on back order. Something I was not told when I upgraded because had I known I would have went straight to Vodawold to upgrade my contract.
