ORDER CANCELLED WITHOUT MY CONSENT

I app**** for a new cellphone contract on the 1st of May. It was for the iPhone 12 Pro Max 512gb device in blue on the uChoose 230 contract. The contract was approved (VODACOMDIREC-***) and my order was put on back order as there was no stock of the device. I then spoke to someone on the 12th of May to change the colour of my device to the silver to speed up the process. Bear in mind, It was the same contract with the same device, I just wanted to change the colour. The person that helped me said she needed to speak to her manager and that I needed to hold the line. A few minutes went by and the call was disconnected. No one tried to contact me back. I then contacted Vodacom again on the 18th of May. I requested that I want to change the colour of my device from the blue to the silver. And as an extra, I wanted to add a new contract to the order. It was the same uChoose 230 contract, but with the iPhone 12 Pro 256gb in blue. The person put the order through and I was told that she would contact me within 2-4 hours to let me know the outcome, which never happened. I then speak to someone again today, 20th of May, to find out if it was approved, which it was. In the mean time, I get told that the previous contract (iPhone 12 Pro Max) was cancelled. Which was not by me, but by one of the staff members that had helped me previously. So in the meantime, because one of the staff cancelled my order, I get told that I will only be able to apply for a new contract after 3 months have passed because this blunder has affected my credit rating with Vodacom. I am utterly disappointed. I must now wait because of an issue that I did not know about. I expect to have this sorted out.
