Order cancelled without making any call

What a painful service I received vodacom online the customer agent was very rude. I app**** for contract phone, it was approved I received an email saying I should contact vodacom to activate for delivery. I called vodacom for delivery, I was asked few questions including the registered number is under my ID number I provided them with the number,,, she asked me about the 073 number which is my sister's number it appears because when I opened an account I used her number long time ago since I didn't have a phone by that time,,, she said OK someone will call me on my number I waited for the call nothing,,,, later that day my sister calls me that vodacom called her they wanted to speak to me unfortunately we don't live together she then provides the consultant with my number... Nobody called called me to confirm the order I'm very very disappointed with vodacom because I called today I was told my order was cancelled because I failed verification questions, that is a horrible service from vodacom worse ever how can order be cancelled if no one called me. Or maybe my details were used by to take out a contract by one of your so called sales agent please explain because this is unfair. I feel ****med
