Order cancelled for no reason

Today I called vodacom (***4) today @08:32 because I couldn't pickup my upgrade order for Iphone 6s rose gold on smart s package. My order was confirmed by the lady as order number U885223 and she confirmed there was still no stock. At around 11:00 I received an sms stating \your upgrade order quote ***9 was cancelled and contract terms reset back to 20/11/2015"I called *** and spoke to Jabulani who confirmed that the order has been cancelled and that he could not see why it was cancelled. He had placed a new order for me order number U886993"
