Order cancelled

I app**** for a contract phone online, I was approved. Then come delivery time, RAM delivered at my workplace and I was working from home on that day. I asked the delivery guys to re rout the delivery and the next thing I tracked the delivery it was showing that it has been returned back to Vodacom. No second attempt was done, I followed up with Vodacom only to be told the order has been cancelled. Okay, fine I tried to get Vodacom to arrange for second delivery…..boom, the device is out of stock. Alright, send me the device that you were selling to me, nay it’s been sold to another customer. How so because since the day I missed delivery I have been waiting for 2nd attempt. Case is closed. To say that I am disappointed in Vodacom is an understatement, I don’t care about RAM Couriers, they were appointed by Vodacom. This is frustrating, I wanted a specific device, the other consultant suggests I chose another device, like really… dude I was not bored when I app**** for that device. I wanted it for a reason.
