Order cancellation
i have been trying to cancel an upgrade on my number for days now and now one can assist me -its frustrating as my phone is giving me problems and i'm trying to do an upgrade - please contact me urgently to cancel the current order so that i can place a new order - ********** - alternate - ********** (Mr Nithia Moodley)- as the cell sometimes doesn't ring - thx.

20 Jun 2018, 15:57I am still waiting for someone to call me on ********** - so that i can confirm my order and have my phone delivered - its like Vodacom does not want business - maybe i should take my business elsewhere - the service is pathetic - i have been without a phone for over a week now - i think they are trying to call the cell - which DOES NOT WORK - please call me on the landline so we can complete the process!!!

21 Jun 2018, 11:38i got a call this morning - the person took down the details and "escalated'' the issue - no one from confirmations has called me yet - if i cannot get a phone by tomorrow - please CANCEL my contract as its due to expire - i will move to a different ''service'' provider -
