Opulent Service from Sylvia
I've been a Vodacom subscriber for year and have never been assisted so patiently 😫😫 Loaded 1GB and 500MB this morning around 05:35 and the data dissapeared. I called the call centre and Sylvia was the assisting agent. The lady was very patient with me she even took time to explain why data was depleting fast and helped me manage the usage and also took her own initiative to help me manage background applications.
When we talk about customer service we are talking Agents that are there to serve the subscribers and give all the energy to us as we pay for services. A big up to Sylvia for a great lesson she gave me this morning 🙏
