optic fibre

on the 23/01/2018 I did a sales provider for optic fibre due Vodacom being the only service provider currently available in our estate. it was approved and an appointment was required to be made, this was made for the 31/01/2018 @ 13:00 time was taken off work to accommodate this booking, only to call at 14:00 since no one pitch up or called to find out the infrastructure wasn't ready on my side of the estate. I called the customer call centre and was advised they will escalate it with their second line and they will call me back to date I have not received a call. on the 19/02/2019 I call to find out on progress and when will I be contacted with regards to installation and weather the fibre is active on my side of the estate and was advised yet again they would need to escalate it and someone will contact me, I went as far as asking for the second line contact number and was advised they do not have the contact number and can only send an email when asked to be cc'd in the email was told they cant do that either . considering I am an existing client with Vodacom and only taking out a new product service has been horrific and very disappointing that no one is willing to help solve the issue.

I hope by posting this review someone would respond or actively do something
