OPTIC FIBER INSTALLED BY CY TECHNOLOGIES

Cy technology is currently contracted to vodacom for installing optic fiber around Durban queensburgh area on Monday the 9th of September 2019 while digging outside my property a pipe burst around 14:00pm no one had fixed the issue the next morning my family couldn't go to work and school due to there being no water I had to call a Plummer out at my cost to access the damage caused he spent almost half the day looking around for spares to fix the pipe because hardwares did not store spares for municipal pipes eventually municipality came out and fixed the burst pipe my kids had to miss a day of school and I had to miss work during the course of the week we noticed all the taps and geyser started to make noise everytime we opened it. All the taps are now dripping when closed I called the guy in charged who was working on the road to explain what is happening every since the pipe burst outside my driveway. He name is Chris he was so arrogant and defensive he hardly gave me a chance to talk he started to become aggressive and violent he used derogatory words at me in front of my kids and my wife when I told him I was going to report him then only did he leave. I managed to get the directors number Yagan Chetty I called him he was also so unhelpful and arrogant he said the damages to the pipe on the road would not have caused any damages to the the pipes in my house I explained how rude his employee was to us he didn't seem to care I later learnt that sand could have went into the damage pipe on the road causing my taps and geyser to make noise and drip why does a big company like vodacom get so unprofessional people like this to do big contracts They caused the damage to the pipe on the road and should be held accountable for the damaged caused.
