Operational Hours

I use this branch to pay my account each month and mostly so during the week. My concern is that this branch closed their doors 15-10 minutes before the actual stated time on their doors. What they do is that they take an object and places on the inside sensor door so prevent customer's from gaining access from the external one and I have on several occasions begged them to open the for me door to make the payment. I have also explained to them that their branch is the closest I can get to from my work place before 5 as I work until 16:30 and it normally takes me 15-20 minutes for me to get to their store thus making it the only convenient and accessible store for me during the week. I have had my line discontinued on few occasions because of this store closing earlier than they should and had incurred re-connections fees as a results and this has to come to an end as I cannot continue going to the branch and being told that I cannot be assisted because your employees wants to save themselves time by not having more than 2 customers in the shop prior to the exact closing time.. Why should we have to constantly go into a store for poor customer service.
