Operating hours mean nothing

I went to the Vodacom 4U store in Clearwater Mall yesterday evening (17 Aug 2015) to book my iPhone in for repairs, at 6:45 pm. I was turned away after being told that they had already cashed up and they were ready to close shop, and I should come in by 6:15pm the next day to accommodate them trying to run out of the shop by 7pm. I can't make it into the store at that time because I only knock off at 5:30pm, and besides, operating hours mean YOU SHOULD BE OPERATING IN BUSINESS UNTIL YOU CLOSE.<br> <br> I'm extremely disappointed, and there's clearly no regard for having the customer's best interests at heart.
