Operating Hours

<p>I went to my local Vodacom Chatz Dainfern store yesterday in the early evening as I knew that they are open till 18h00. Despite previously having terrible service from this store, they are the closest on the way home. I arrived @ 17h45. The doors were closed! I was told by the "very young" manager and the staff that they are closed. On the outside of the store there is a clear sign that says "Trading Hours" till 18h00. They wanted nothiung of it. Funny enough I went to MTN across the path and they said the same. So I went to Cell C down the corridor and although their doors were closed for cleaning, they opened and were happy to assist. Maybe I should move all 12 of my contracts to Cell C as they actually want my business. Worst thing of it all, was I knew what I needed to buy and told them all, it was a cash purchase and I just needed my item. I would like a call from Vodacom and a call from the Owner of the Chatz Store. I have the photo's to show the time I was there and the staff sitting inside.</p>
