Opera telecom/vodacom ***** SMS subscription

Recently posted on getting **********ly subscribed to some opera telecom service through a SMS \stop"to opt out ****. Seems vodacom is not in a position to sort this out even though this third party service is billing me through my vodacom cellphone contract. I have been told to contact waspa to sort this out but this has to be *******. How can vodacom claim no liability in this? Are all cellphone service providers doing this through these third party services? """
