Opened sim delivered and one missing
My husband andI upgraded our cell and data contracts. I eventually received my phone but they were meant to deliver 2 data sim catds, they delivered one OPENED sim only. I called in a few times they say it will be escalated or someone will call back, to date, no one has contacted me, but they are billing me already the data sims which i dont even have, i took out the contracts in October and its now December.
