Open account reflecting on credit report
Could someone please explain to me why my credit score/ report, with the credit bureau (Experian Credit Bureau), still reflects an open Vodacom account. With an amount due, I might add. I closed my Vodacom account a couple years ago. Could this please be amended ASAP as its effecting my credit score!
