Online website flaw

I have visited multiple Vodacom shops and asked them to report that the online shop does not permit alphanumeric characters in the delivery street number when ordering online. I live in house 42B of xyz street but can't order online as the B is not accepted.

I finally got to a Vodacom shop to do my purchase, got better service than I did using the online 082135 call center. I got what I needed and left the shop only to get a sms stating I need to send 3 months bank statements to ***. How is this not a breach of the POPI act, you must be joking for me to send my personal bank statements to this 'probably anybody' in customer care will have access to my bank statements. I don't mind sending my bank statements to a specific person who will do what is needed with my bank statements. So give me a call with a specific person that will finalise my order.
