Online Vodacom store is a great help
I was needing to upgrade on Vodacom and I had come across a special I was very interested in online. My contract is still in my mom's name for the time being so she had arranged with a store to get this particular special for her. LONG story short - they didn't get it right. My mom then phoned Vodacom online store. They took her through the whole process to order the special online. This was on Friday. The phone arrived today. I am told that the call centre was so helpful, friendly and patient. Wonderful to have such good service! :)
