ONLINE UPGRADES - FALSE ADVERTISING

I was recently contacted online by a couple of call centre agents to notify me of my contract being eligible for upgrade. I was in no hurry and advised the agent that i will go instore to proceeded with the upgrade. I was told that I do not have to pay for the admin fees if I do the upgrade on line. So, I went ahead with the contract online. When my billing arrived, i was charged the R 150 and also charged for 2 handsets (my old handset and my new handset). I inquired about this and was told that they will call me back. I helpful assistant by the Name of Sansaliswe ensured that she got someone to check and she did also advise that R 150 should not have been charged. I was transferred to a agent by the name of Nokuthula that logged the complaint. Sansaliswe was helpful to call back and check if was being assisted and i advised her that the complaint had been logged. I received a call from Nicolle Nair who gave me a reference and advised that on their recording was told I had to pay R 150. Firstly Vodacom has an advert online stating "Upgrade online now with Vodacom and save R150 in administration fees. It?s safe and quick, get free delivery, no SIM and Connection fees, plus a 14-day .." so how is it that I am so special that I need to be charged the R 150. When I asked Nicolle Nair about my second query of why I was not told about being charged for the second handset, she advised that she never listened to the recording and that she was only giving me feedback that was given to her. I have been asked to go in-store to listen to my recording. I am confused because I only chose to do the upgrade online because i was told that the admin charges are not charge when i proceed with an online upgrade. I work just like everyone else and i do not have the time to run around to go listen to recordings. If i do listen to the recording and i find it false, and no mention of the old handset being charged, i am sto still log further complaints online and still run round for answers. It brings me back to the FALSE ADVERTISING ONLINE Upgrade online now with Vodacom and save R150 in administration fees. It?s safe and quick, get free delivery, no SIM and Connection fees, plus a 14-day .." This is utter nonsense. I will never upgrade any contract with vodacom again. I cannot wait for this 24 + 2 months to expire my contract. After upgrading and checking online, I realised I am not the only person being ****** by Vodacom. Many like me have been cheated.
