Online upgrades

I have terrible service with Vodacom we have a company and we have contracts for the camera systems they keep upgrading these lines via online xmnds and our company is really losing money now beacuse of the prices that they keep making note exprnsive and packages that they put us on that is not even being used we would like someone to contact us immediately because they send you up and down and calls are being dripped and no one wants to take responsibility and reverse these so we can correctly be billed by customers
