online upgrades
Online upgrades need to be jacked up. firstly they documented the incorrect contact number after verifying it a couple of time for the courier service to contact me. Secondly the contact number was a data bundle. I have had to follow up on the delivery for 3 days to finally get a parcel that will hopefully be delivered on Monday. Online upgrades need some working on.
