Online Upgraded Doesn Work
i upgraded my line woth vodacom on 2nd September and got a message has been handed over yo Courier on the 3rd September 2020. On the 4th i called the call center first person tells i dont have a vodacom contract and they cannot find my profile. eventualy i get transfered to someone else and they tell me phone is waiting for dispatch but i say sms says its with courier and then they just say i must wait for delivery.
Online upgrade process not efficient as on the 7th i still dont know whats goign on with my Phone

09 Sept 2020, 13:03 I first wrote a complaint on the 7th September 2020 after several attempts of following with the Call Centre. Vodacom still has not delivered my device in over a week after upgrading online.
Vodacom was quick to respond on hellopeter that someone will contact me, but no one had made any contact and whereabouts of my device are still unknown.
The service from Vodacom is pathetic especially after being with Vodacom for over 15 years as a contract customer.
