Online upgrade vodacom problems

On Feb 7th 2022 I did an online upgrade on the iphone 13 pro max were apon I recieved a confirmation email from vodacom that the upgrade was approved. After 14 days I phoned as I still did not recieve any phone from them, I was then informed that the phone is out of stock and will only be arriving in two months. I said i was willing to wait for the phone. After two months I phone again and was told that the phone is still out of stock but would arrive within a week or two. After that I phoned again and was informed that I did not qualify for the deal and it was canceled after i lodged a complaint i was reverd to the online department again. Here i was told that this was incorrect and that it was still valid and they were waiting for stock. Till today 21September 2022 i have jet to recieve the phone. And was again told that the upgrad doesn't reflect on their system. I still have the original email from them confirming the order. Iam fed up with them having an story every time I contact them. My next step is to report them for ********** sales to Apple head office if the matter doesn't get solved.
