Online Upgrade not Honoured

On 1 October 2015 I upgraded online to Smart More 2gb which gave me an option to select iPhone 6 128gb which I duly did. Got an email confirming upgrade and RAM waybill number. Despite numerous calls and online chats, no-one could tell me when the handset would be delivered. Today, over a month later, Shalene at online chat advises me that the handset is available but is not an available option on Smart More 2gb. She tells me to call upgrades which I do and ask to speak to a supervisor only to be redirected to the main menu over and over again...Vodacom, please honour the contract upgrade that was available on your website per 1 October 2015!
