Online Upgrade Not Found with Quote & Reference Number

On the 16th of Apr 2016 my wife and I did the online upgrade on Vodacom's website. Upon completion of the order I received an confirmation of the Order No and printed it out. It was for the S7 Edge on uChoose Smart M with the white Gear S2 Sport white watch. After waiting a week we decided to phone them to find out what happened to the order. Sorry Mam the order does not exists?!?!?! Really what is the purpose of the online order system if it doesn't work? What is even more appalling is the fact that there is no stock available now for the Galaxy Sport S2 with the Galaxy S7 Edge in Gold.
