Online upgrade lies

On the 23/11 I phoned in to cancel my one contract, but the consultant eventually convinced me to rather do an upgrade. Quotation has been processed ***. Use the order number ***. I decided on a Samsung 43" smart tv and 600GB home LTE data for around R386 (can't remember the exact amount). I asked the consultant at least 5 times if he is sure that there is stock of the tv and he confirmed each time that there is and said it is a new deal, so there is definately stock. Just before we ended the call I asked again if he is sure there is stock and he confirmed yes. As the call was ended I received an sms to confirm the updgrade but informing me that there is no stock and I will be contacted when stock becomes available. That upset me and I sent a message on your FB page to which I received a reply "upon stock availability, you will be informed". I phoned the upgrades department again to which they confirmed after checking on the system that stock will arrive on Tuesday the 30/11. Yesterday I phoned again to find out if the stock arrived and when I will get my tv. To which the consultant rep**** that it does not state anywhere on the system when the stock will be received, so I was **** to AGAIN. He told me I can go to an actual store and see if they can help me with a tv deal, but I won't get it at the same price as the deal I originally selected. He said he will phone me again today to see if he can load a deal with the tv's that you do have in stock, but this obviously will not be at the original price I agreed to. This is totally unacceptable. I already told my parents that I am giving this to them as a gift for their anniversary this Sunday, but clearly this is not going to happen. I expect a manager to phone me to sort this mess up from your side out and keep to the agreement which was entered into telephonically whereby stock was confirmed.

Your team was supposed to phone me back yesterday and I'm still waiting. It seems I should rather go with my initial plan to cancel the line completely.
